CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. If the item has already shipped, please email us with the subject line "CANCEL."
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT NOW?
If you made a mistake with your address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details within 24 hours, and we'll update it for you.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Although we use extra padding, items might occasionally get damaged. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
